Lisa is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist of 22 years, who over time has found a passion for helping others improve their mental and emotional health, as well as physical. She is a registered yoga teacher and somatic healing practitioner, specializing in stress relief, anxiety therapy, migraine treatment, PTSD and trauma. Lisa is also an approved provider of the NCBMBT and teaches continuing education courses and educational videos.
