I've been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist for 2 decades, specializing in neuromuscular, cranial sacral, migraines, TMJ pain, reflexology, prenatal, and lymphatic drainage. But over the last several years, I have been drawn more to somatic healing, and have been trained in psychology of the body, trauma informed yoga, PTSD and anxiety relief. I have found this work to be more rewarding in so many ways. If you help heal trauma and calm the mind, I believe the body will follow and you can better treat all forms of pain and illness.
