Adaptive Yoga on the Floor

This is the first video I uploaded, made to show my clients who needed an Adaptive Yoga sequence done on the floor. I created a session that should work for people who have issues with balance, MS, recovering from injury, and those who are new to yoga. 
Correct deep breathing for relaxation and anxiety
When under stress or if you experience prolonged tension, sometimes the body begin to breath shallow, on it's on due to posture and the muscles guarding. This video shows the correct way to breath into the diaphragm, as well as specific breathing to slow the heart rate in a time of stress.
